A LandCheck result, badge, screening status, seller profile, property listing, community report, or absence of a warning does not establish legal ownership or guarantee that a property is free from disputes, competing claims, encumbrances, boundary problems, fraud, environmental concerns, or other issues. Our support team can help with the platform — not with an official land search.
